We will ship via the lowest cost method based on the destination address unless you specify otherwise.  All shipping charges are based on actual charges, no additional overhead is added.  For this reason, we need to know the destination location on the Request Quote form to give you an accurate costing of the shipping charges.  Any tarrifs, duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.  If you have a unique shipping requirement, please make note of it in the comment section of the Request Quote form.

 

Spotting Scopes purchased through us carry the normal manufacturers' warranty.

 

You may pay by VISA or MASTERCARD by phone or mail.  This site is not currently configured to support SECURE ordering.  Due to the nature of our products, we would prefer to speak to you, in person or via email to ensure that you are ordering the correct items to achieve your satisfaction.

Orders can be mailed in and personal or business checks must clear our bank before we will ship the item(s) to you.

 

The ideal sequence of events would be for you to either call or fill out the Product Request form.  This helps ensure that we are on the same page and can offer you our years of experience and advice.

 

We then can give you an exact quote on the items you are interested in, the shipping costs, address, etc., and payment information.
